How can you make the dish?

  • Phyllo Sheets

You can get phyllo sheets easily from the market. While baking makes sure the temperature of the sheet should be at room temperature. Also preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.

  • Make a syrup

You can make a syrup by adding water, sugar, honey, and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix it properly until sugar dissolves. After mixing the ingredients properly you should keep it aside for cooling.

  • Add nuts

To enhance the flavor of the desert, you can add walnuts, cinnamon while making the delectable dish. The taste of the nuts, cinnamon will take you to another world.

  • Butter

You need to melt the butter in the pan before baking the dish.

  • Layers of phyllo

After brushing the pan with oil or butter, you need to do the same procedure after every layer and make sure you are doing it properly. If you will put less butter or oil then there are chances you might spoil the taste of the dish. Also, add nuts after every layer so that you will get the taste of the nuts.

  • Layers of the desert

Make sure you are making each layer carefully and adding nuts, oiling, and much more. You should repeat the step after oiling each layer.

  • Cut the dessert

Before baking makes sure you are cutting the baklava properly. You can give different types of shapes to the dish such as diamonds, squares, and much more.

  • Bake the dish

After cutting the dessert, you need to bake the dessert for 1 hour. Make sure the top layer will change its color to a golden brown. After changing the color of the desert, you can add the syrup to the top of it.

  • Serve the dish

Before serving make sure you are keeping the cuisine for some time and then it is ready to serve.
