The foodies that are present all around the world, always love to compare different food items with one another. This is the reason for the popularity of the greek restaurant Sydney because it involves all the dishes of the Greek cuisine. - Sauces and Oils
We are not unaware of the fact that Italy is famous for variegated sauces. These sauces are included in every dish of Italian cuisine whether it is noodles or pasta. The pizza is incomplete without pizza sauce for which Italy is always credited with its invention. But when we talk about the greek dishes, then we would like to bear this in mind that the food of Italy focuses on revitalising the taste aspect by predominantly aiming at the health factor.
Oils that are used in both cuisines accounts for the maximum taste. So as we know the nature of greek cuisine, so olive oil is the oil which is used in greek dishes because it is not only healthy but the raw taste which it takes out from the various innards is tremendous.
- Veg and Non-Veg
It is a known fact that neither the whole population of the world is vegetarian nor do they are non-vegetarian. So they are the people who only enjoy food that are meeting their food ethics. No doubt, Italian cuisine is also famous for serving the dishes to the vegetarian and the non-vegetarian but when Italian cuisine’ vegetarian version is to be brought off then the sauces which were made with the intent to incorporate all the non-veg innards are used with the veg innards which produce a little bit odd taste. But there is no such saucy thing in the Greek cuisine, rather the dishes are so diverse that not only the sauces can be considered heroes in them.
- Flour
The flour is the main thing which we should consider about both the cuisines. The pizza dough and even the noodles are made by using all-purpose flour. But the flour which is used in Greek cuisine is particularly whole wheat flour and multigrain flour.
